What Batch Testing Is
To uphold this standard while keeping our crystals accessible and fairly priced, we use a professional batch testing process.
When we receive a new batch of crystals, it is treated as a single group. Rather than testing every individual piece, which would significantly increase costs and delays, we randomly select a few samples from the batch. These selected pieces are examined to confirm that their material, structure, and composition are consistent with natural crystals of that type.
Once the tested samples are verified as genuine, the remaining crystals from that batch are approved for sale. This method allows us to confidently verify authenticity while maintaining balance between quality, transparency, and accessibility.
How We Conduct Batch Testing
Batch testing is approached with care and consistency. Samples are chosen at random to ensure they accurately reflect the batch as a whole. We do not rely solely on visual appearance or assumption. Verification is an intentional step in our process.
Only after results align with our authenticity standards do we move forward. If a batch does not meet those standards, it is not offered. This approach helps ensure that what reaches our customers reflects both natural origin and honest representation.
